Warranty

Our Warranty

The Laser Whisperer understands that it is often difficult, if not impossible to purchase a new system at todays prices. This is why we work as a go between allowing us to offer used equipment at an affordable price. We work with sellers and buyers to provide peace of mind to buyers and fair market value to sellers.

 

Unfortunately these machines can be fairly old and with that comes potential issues associated with time. Although we do not offer refunds due to the unpredictability of older machines, their aged parts and part availability, we at The Laser Whisperer will always do our best to get you up and running if your newly purchased machine fails during warranty and beyond that. 

 

Our Warranty typically covers the replacement of parts (when available as not all parts are available for older systems and at the mercy of the Manufacturers), travel when reasonable (No charge under warranty with-in a determined distance. Additional cost discussed when beyond a reasonable distance), and labour. 

 

The Laser Whisperer will always do our best to support you and your purchase when possible and when it is out of our control due to discontinued parts, failures beyond our control and any other issues that can't be resolved we will do our best to find a replacement when possible at no additional cost to you.

 

Although we do not offer refunds as all sales are final due to the age and unpredictability of older equipment and discontinued parts, we will always do our best to support you and your business and resolve any issues both under warranty and beyond warranty when possible.

 

All machines are tested and demonstrated in advance via video, FaceTime or during install. All machines go through a refurbishment process as well as a thorough test to monitor any abnormalities are potential failures. All machines are sold tested and working fine.
